Jean Grey

I've been up since 10:00 am yesterday. I'm in a weird funk and while I do feel extremely tired I can't sleep. On the bright side I've gotten alot of work done in the time I've been awake. Don't know if it's worth a spit or not because my mindset isn't all here...

Took some time from the other work piled up on my drawing table right now (sketchcards, sequential pages, sketchcards, commissions, sketchcards, conceptual work, and did I mention sketchcards? ) to doodle up something for the #X-MEN-UNITED Group here on DA. Jean Grey was the Mutant of the Month for March. I haven't finished a personal piece to this degree in quite some time. It was nice to noodle away and just have fun.

I'm sure all the diehard X-Fans out there know where I drew (pun totally intended) my inspiration for this piece from.

Okay, back to the drawing board as it were. I've got a half finished Slave Leia buried under everything that I want to noodle on for a bit. I'm sure once I've slept I'll read all these ramblings and shake my head. I must apologize...
